Description
This report deletes A/R summaries. In accordance with your selections,corresponding entries are deleted from tables KNKKF1 and KNKKF2.
This is data required for the credit check in SD or for the earlywarning list using report RFDKLI42. This data is only temporary and isregulary recreated using report RFCMCRCV (and redistributed in the SDsystems using distributed Credit Management).
From Release 4.70, both tables KNKKF1 and KNKKF2 are client-dependent.When you upgrade to this release, data from this table may be copied toclients where it is not required and should therefore be deleted. Tocarry out this automatic analysis of clients you can use the indicator'Automatic Analysis' - in both a test run and an update run:
In the test run, the report analyzes whether data can be deleted, andbased on this analysis, the data is deleted in the update run.
If data exists in tables KNKKF1 or KNKKF2, the analysis runs based onthe entries in table T000CM as follows:
If there is no entry in table T000CM, all data from tables KNKKF1 andKNKKF2 is proposed for deletion because the A/R summary is evidentlynot being used.
If there is an entry in this table, and the A/R summary is neithercreated nor read in this client (T000CM-XCVCR=SPACE AND T000CM-XCVRD=SPACE), all entries in tables KNKKF1 and KNKKF2 are proposed fordeletion, since the A/R summary is evidently not being used.
If there is an entry in this table and the A/R summary is created inthis client (T000CM-XCVCR = 'X'), all entries in tables KNKKF1 andKNKKF2 that do not belong to the logical system of the client analyzedare proposed for deletion.
If there is an entry in this table and the A/R summary is only read inthis client (T000CM-XCVRD = 'X' ), all entries in tables KNKKF1 andKNKKF2 where the logical system does not agree with the logical systemdetermined according to the ALE distribution model (that is, the uniqueFI system) are proposed for deletion.
