Programme SAP RFBUAVC_APPLIC_XPRA - XPRA report for defining the APPLIC field in AVC tables

Purpose
This program (XPRA) converts table entries of the availability controltool of Public Sector Management.
This conversion is necessary due to the new table fieldAPPLIC, which separates the Customizing ofavailability control for different application areas such as FundsManagement or Grants Management.
The field APPLIC has been added as an attribute to the followingtables:

  • BUAVCSRC (availability control data sources

    • )
    • BUAVCLDGR (availability control ledgers)

      • The programs selects all table entries with a "blank" initial value inthis field and updates them after the user selects the proper value (
      FM or GM).
      The field APPLIC has been added as a key field to the followingtables:
      • BUAVCEVENT and BUAVCEVENTT (

        • availability control events and texts)
        • BUAVCACTGRP and BUAVCACTGRPT (

          • activity groups and texts)
          • BUAVCTPRO, BUAVCTPROT and BUAVCTOLASS (

            • tolerance profiles with texts and assignment oftolerance limits)
            The program replaces all table entries with a "blank" initial value bynew records containing the values FM (= Funds Management) andGM (= Grants Management).
            In addition, the program updates Customizing entries used for derivationstrategies (CO-PA tool) which derive activity groups (table TABADRSF
            of the new CO-PA tool and table TKEDRSF of the old CO-PAtool).
