Document line item extract

Note
For transfer to non-SAP application areas, header and line item areoutput on a sequential dataset (in sequence).
The structure of each line item extracted is as follows:
Document header (table BKPF), line item (table BSEG), CPD information(table BSEC), bill of exchange information (table BSED).
You must specify a file path to which the extracted records are to besaved. The file name of the extract is automatically generated andconsists of the report identification and the current time of day.
Using the parameters customer, vendor, G/L account, material or assetitem, you can limit the quantity of data to certain line items and/oraccount types. For example, to extract all line items relevant to thecost center, you need only select the G/L account part and select costcenter:
"Cost center EQ E".
If required, the extracted data records can be logged.
They can be sorted according to company code, document number and lineitem, as preferred.
In the standard version, the logical databank BR is used.
