Copying Billing Data to CO-PA According to Consumption Month

Purpose
Using this function you can update invoiced billing documentsperiodically and copy them into CO-PA, according to consumption month.The data is necessary in CO-PA to enter unbilled revenue reporting forrevenue extrapolation on the balance sheet key date. The update isperformed using the consumption month as period reference.
The system uses a delta update and only selects those billing documentsthat have not yet been entered in CO-PA. These are generally billingdocuments that were not invoiced after the last update, or for whichinvoicing was reversed.
The data is posted in CO-PA in the results area for actual postingsunder record type unidentical B. The actual postings aretransferred according to posting date, using report RFKKCOPA00 andrecord type B.
Note that this function must be started as a mass run.

Prerequisites
You must have performed a posting transaction for the billing documentsyou want to update (invoicing or invoicing reversal). The system onlytakes billing documents into account for which a correspondingprofitability segment has been determined in billing, for the CO-PAposting according to consumption month.
