Report to Check Consistency of Fatality Indicator

Purpose
From SAP EH&S Release 2.7, the Fatality indicator in theincident/accident log header is determined automatically based on theFatal accident indicator for theperson affected. TheFatal accident indicator (FATALFLG) in the incident/accident logheader (CCIHT_IAL) is therefore obsolete. It has been replaced by theFatal accident field (IALPDEADFLG).

Features
This report is used to list all incident/accident log entries in whichthe following inconsistency appears: the fatality indicator in theincident/accident log header is set, but no person affected has beenfatally injured.
The administrator can use the list to check whether the Fatalaccident indicator was potentially not set for a person affected. Ifno inconsistent data is found, the message 'No data available' appears.
A further function of the report is to deactivate all set fatalityindicators. This function is activated by setting the Deactivateobsol. fatal. ind. indicator.
