Reverse Generation of Data Exchange Tasks

Purpose
You use this report to reverse data exchange tasks that have beencyclically scheduled.

Features
All DATEX definitions that lie within the specified areas of DATEXprocess, third party service provider, or own service provider areselected via this report.
The following applies for all selected DATEX definitions:
The generation date of the definition is determined (the date, by whenthis definition had to be generated)
For all data exchange definitions, all tasks with the followingcharacterisitcs are deleted:
All tasks that were generated based on this data exchange definition(that is, with the same data exchange process, the same third partyservice provider, and the same own service provider)
All tasks with a due date that lies between the entered reversal dateand the generation date
If data exchange tasks that have already been processed exist on thereversal date, the system changes the reversal date according to thedata exchange task that was processed last. You cannot reverse dataexchange tasks that have already been processed.

Selection
When you start the report, you can restrict the selection by enteringthe following values or value ranges:

• Data exchange process


• Third party service provider



• Own service provider

You can also use the reversal date todetermine until when the data exchange tasks can be reversed.
