This report is the second step in archiving prepayment documents. Itdeletes documents based on the archive created in the previous step.

Features
The delete program, reads prepayment documents that were previouslyarchived for an archiving run from the archive and deletes thecorresponding entries from the database tables.

Selection
You can select different settings on the initial screen when you startthe report:

• Test run: If you start the report as a test run, no changes are
made to the database

• Productive run: Changes are made to the database


• Detail log: Detailed log containing data on every data record
analyzed (can be confusing with large amounts of data)
