Delete Unrelvant Billing Document Lines

Purpose
Use this report to delete billing document lines that are no longerrelevant, from the database.
The control whether a document line is important or not involves thedocument line type and enhancementEBIA0001.
The lines are deleted from the following database tables:

• DBERCHZ5: In addition to all the fields that are not contained in one
of the other three structures, also contains customer include CI_ERCHZ.This table is updated for every unimportant bill line.

• DBERCHZ6: Contains all fields that concern device data.


• DBERCHZ7: Contains all fields that concern amounts or price data.


• DBERCHZ8: Contains all fields that are only rarely filled in the
document lines.

Selection
You can specify the following selection parameters:
INCLUDE ISU_ARCH_SELECTION_BILL OBJECT DOKU ID TX LANGUAGE EN


• From/to date: The interval for the billing documents is checked
against the specified interval. When a document exists in this intervaland it meet the selection criteria described below, it is deleted.

Activities
The deletion report selects the billing documents:


• That lie within the specified document/contract account/contract/date
range

• That are not simulation documents (these are deleted with report Report
REA_SIM_DEL)

• For which the document has been billed and the corresponding print
document has been completely archived
