Backlog Reduction Engine (BRE)

Purpose
BRE is a tool that allows you to effectively monitor and systematicallyclean up errors that have terminated billing in mass runs.
The following report tree contains all functions that help you correctthese errors.
Each of these functions is documented in detail.
The following transactions are important elements of the BRE:
SOLPA: Error analysis and creation of solution paths
Creates as many automatic solutions as possible
EXPG: Agent determination
Efficiently distributes errors amongst agents
DSETGEN: Periodic evaluation of error logs and creation of error
extracts
This guarantees that all errors are recognized and entered
WAR: Inbox for manual error processing
Errors that cannot be corrected automatically are transferred
to responsible agent's inbox and manually corrected
BREE: Periodic reduction of error extracts
Automatic correction and rebilling of errors. Remaining errors
are redistributed.
This ensures that all recorded and known errors are processed
as quickly as possible, and that all outstanding
billing is executed
