Create/replace dynamic schedule records

Purpose
This report enables you to create the schedule records, whose registersare distributed evenly over the workdays of a month. The factory andcompany-specific meter reading or billing cycle are taken into account.
You use dynamic scheduling mainly for monthly billing, but you can alsouse it for other cycles and together with a budget billing plan.

Prerequisites
If you wish to create dynamic schedule records, you must select theDynamic scheduling active field in customizing underDefine Control Parameters for DynamicScheduling.

Features
The report offers the following functions:

• You can create schedule records for all dynamic portions and meter
reading units for the specified interval. Enter the billing periods.

• You can create schedule records for all dynamic items and meter reading
units for periods. You only need to enter the biling period for this.

• You can create schedule records for a specified portion or meter reading
unit. This enables you to add an individual portion or meter readingunit to an existing dynamic schedule record. Prerequisites for this areexisting schedule records for a reference portion or reference meterreading unit, whose dates must correspond with those of the new portionor meter reading unit. For this function you must enter the billingperiods plus either a reference portion and portion, or a referencemeter reading unit and meter reading unit
You can check the result of dynamic scheduling by choosingScheduling -> Dynamic schedule record -> Change/display .
When you create new dynamic schedule records, note that the existingdynamic schedule records are deleted. This prevents two schedule recordsfrom existing at the same time.
