Display billing document line item archive

Purpose
This report allows you to gain read access to an archive immediatelyafter the archiving report REAARCH_READ_LINES has run and to displaysome of the data in a list.
You do not have to run the deletion program beforehand.
The following data is displayed:

  • BELNR:,,,,,,Billing document number

  • BELZEILE:,,,,Bill line item

  • CSNO:,,,,,,Schema step during billing

  • BELZART:,,,,Document line item type

  • AKLASSE:,,,,Billing class

  • BRANCHE:,,,,Industry

  • AB:,,,,,,,,Date from which the entry is valid

  • BIS:,,,,,,Date until which the time slice is valid

  • No. DBERCHZ:,,Number of DBERCHZ lines belonging to the billing document

  • No. DBERCHR:,,Number of DBERCHR lines belonging to the billing document

  • No. DBERCHU:,,Number of DBERCHU lines belonging to the billing document

    • REAARCH_ANALYSE_LINES

      • First step in archiving billing document line items: analyzing billingdocuments with a view to possibly archiving them.
      • REAARCH_READ_LINES

        • Second step: archiving the billing documents selected in the firststep.
        • REAARCH_DELETE_LINES

          • Third step: deleting the billing document line items in the database onthe basis of the previously created archive.
          • REAARCH_RELOAD_LINES

            • Use this report to reload data that has been archived and alreadydeleted. Note that you cannot reload individual documents. You have toreload the entire archiving run. This procedure should not normally beused and should be limited to extreme problem cases (for example,incorrect retention period in Customizing).
