Title
Archiving of Single Records

Purpose
This program archives the single records stored in the resultsdatabase. All single records in the results database generated with thehelp of the selected single records procedure on the selected key datesare read, compressed, and written to archive files which the systemadministrators can later transfer to appropriate storage media. Thearchive files generated in this way serve as deletion criteria for theoriginal data in the database. Also see:(Deletionof Single Records).

Integration
Archiving of single records is a function of the Analyzer resultsdatabases.

Prerequisites
You can only archive single record key figures for single recordprocedures that have already been executed and have the statuscomplete.

Name of the single records procedure and the key dates for which thereare key figures in the single records database.

Output
Archiving statistics.
