Description
This program cleans up the table D0101INC in preparation for the 3.0Aupgrade. It deletes (superfluous) duplicate entries from the table thatwould otherwise hinder the creation of a unique table index.
If this program is not executed, the creation of a unique index willfail. The key definition of the table D010INC is corrected with the 3.0upgrade so that another field is included in the key.
