Description
You use this report to generate a dataset in order to transfer routingdata from one ERP system to another ERP system. Then you use the datasetfor batch input in the other ERP system.
This report enhances report RCPTRA01, which you use to generate batchinput sessions from datasets.
Enter the following values in the fields on the initial screen:

• Output file

Enter the path and file name for the dataset. This is a required entryfor report RCPTRA01.

• Batch input session name

Enter the name for the batch input session that is generated in reportRCPTRA01. This is a required entry for report RCPTRA01.

• New group number by internal number assignment in the import system


Use this indicator to specify that the task list groups in the targetsystem do not have the same group numbers as in the export system butrather new internal group numbers.

• Enter the assignments or allocations in the routings that are to be
taken into account when the dataset is generated:
material allocations
production resources/tools
long texts

• Generating batch input sessions automatically (RCPTRA01)

Use this indicator to specify that report RCPTRA01 to generate batchinput sessions is automatically called after report RCPBTC01 is run. Thereport is run in the export system. After the report is run, transferthe generated batch input session to the target system.
