Description
This report defines all parameters that are required for massprocessing. The parameters defined are saved under the name of thebatch run. The name is used by all other reports that are used in massprocessing.
The following parameter were defined:

• Name of the batch run

You enter a name under which all the parameters are saved. The reportcan only be called up and started by using a valid name. Entering thename is compulsory. If you enter a name that already exists then youcan change its parameters.

• Process batch job

You can delete the name of the batch run with the assigned parameters.

• Overall profile

You use these parameters to define the overall profile which you needto carry out mass processing. You can use an existing overall profileas the overall profile. The system checks whether the overall profileentered exists on the database.

• Selection

Redefine selection
Here you specify the new selection criteria. After confirming the entryyou branch to the screen capacity leveling. Select the desiredobjects and press the print key capacity leveling.
When you call up the report for the first time you must redefine theselection.

• Actions to be carried out

You use this parameter to determine which actions are to be carriedout.
Choose one of the following actions:
Dispatch
All selected objects (corresponding to the selection and filtercriteria) are dispatched.
Deallocate
All selected objects (corresponding to the selection and filtercriteria) are deallocated.
User Exit
All selected objects (corresponding to the selection and filtercriteria) are transferred to the user exit that was defined for thisplanning. At this point you can still influence further processing ofthe selected objects.

• Calling up the function

With this parameter you control the way mass processing is called up.
You have the following options:
Save parameters
The parameters defined are saved under the batch name. The report isnot started automatically on entering the selection and filterparameters. You can start the report using the batch name at any time.
Call up function in the background
After defining the selection and filter parameters the report isstarted and executed in the background.
Call up function at once
After defining the selection and filter parameters start the report atonce. That means that the report is carried out online.
Display error log
If you set the indicator Display error log then the error log isdisplayed for the mass processing that has taken place. You can onlyset this indicator if you have called up mass processing online.
