Creating an Index for Archived Time Sheet Data

Purpose
Time sheet data must be indexed once it has been archived so that itcan later be identified in the archive file.

Features

Selection
Any archive files that have not yet been indexed are displayed. Selectthe files you want to index and run the report. Once they have beenindexed, the archived data is available for analyzing.
The index of a data record is defined by client, personnel number,counter, and document number.
