Description
With this report program you delete all documents of a selecteddocument type from the database for which the deletion indicator isset. The documents are not archived before being deleted.
The report program allows a test run. You should start the test runfirst and check the list of documents to be deleted.

Precondition
Only documents for which the deletion indicator is set are deleted.
Documents are not deleted if they are used in one of the followingways:

• Quality assurance agreements or technical delivery terms


• Production resources in a work order or task list


• Document item in a bill of materials

Output
The result is a list that is divided into two sections:


• Section 1: Documents not deleted

List of the documents that cannot be deleted owing to their use

• Section 2: Documents deleted

List of the documents that can be deleted
These documents were deleted from the database without being archived.
Note:
If you have set the indicator for the test mode in the initial screenfor the report program, both sections come under the header Testmode.
