Purpose
In-application sequencing provides possibilities to put messages into awaiting queue - if a preceeding message misses.
The restart of this waiting queue normally takes place automaticallywhen the missing message arrives. However there might be someexceptional cases where this automitic restart fails.
For these exceptional cases this report can be used to trigger therestarts again.
