Distribute vendor characteristic value data via ALE: send direct

Purpose
In Application Link Enabling(ALE), distributes vendor characteristic values to an external system(R3 or third-party) by sending it through IDocs.

Prerequisites
A dependency is defined between the vendor characteristic value IDoc(message type VCHARVAL) and the vendor master IDoc (message typeCREMAS). The distribution model has to be maintained in a way thatvendor characteristic values IDocs can be sent only to logical systemswhere vendor master data is also sent.
