Description
This function generates a consolidation request which is used totransport customizing data imported with ALE requests into qualityassurance and production systems.

Precondition
This function can only be used in customizing systems, in whichcustomizing data has been imported in ALE transports.

Output
This function generates a standard, customizing request that is notreleased. The user of this function is also the owner of theconsolidation request.
