Purpose
You use this report to remove from the parallel processing tool theunnecessary data that is saved for a restart when a run is terminated orcontains errors. If a restart cannot or should not take place, this dataremains and must be deleted retroactively.
This report is batch-enabled.
Deletion occurs independently of applications according to a changeableDeletion Date.

Integration
The report combines the existing deletion reports RBANK_DELETE_RUNS,RBANK_PP_WORKLIST_DELETE, and RBANK_DELETE_PROCESS_DATA into onceprocess. It also deletes the entries from the table BANK_PP_PARUNKEYthat were previously not included in any of the three above mentionedreports.
This means that a batch-enabled report, which can delete allunnecessary data from the processing tool in one run, is available.

Prerequisites
For security reasons, the data that you want to delete must be at least28 days old before you can delete it. You cannot change this value.

Selection
You can delete run and process data as well as parallel processingworklists. We recommend that you always delete all data that belongstogether at one time.

Output
The output of a log is not supported.

Activities
The report deletes the selected data directly from the database. Oncethe data has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
