Programme SAP RASOPO01 - Changes to Special Reserves

Description
The report displays certain values from a derived depreciation area, when these values are defined as the difference between two realdepreciation areas.
Example
The derived depreciation area 03 (special reserves) is calculated asthe difference between area 02 (tax depreciation) and area 01 (bookdepreciation). The calculation formula for area 03 is:
03 = +02 -01.

OUTPUT
The report displays the following values in detail:

  • Level of special reserves at fiscal year start

  • The total (with correct positive/negative sign) of the accumulateddepreciation in the depreciation areas that determine the derived areaat the beginning of the fiscal year (in the example: the accumulateddepreciation at fiscal year start for depreciation area 02 -accumulated depreciation at fiscal year start for depreciation area01).
    • Allocation of special reserves

    • The total (with correct positive/negative sign) of the planned specialdepreciation in the depreciation areas that determine the derived area(in the example: planned special depreciation from depreciation area02 - planned special depreciation from depreciation area 01).
      • Write-off

      • The total (with correct positive/negative sign) of planned ordinarydepreciation in the areas that determine the derived area (in theexample: planned ordinary depreciation from depreciation area 02 -planned ordinary depreciation from depreciation area 01).
        • Proportional retirement/transfers

        • The total (with correct positive/negative sign) of the proportionaldepreciation from retirements/transfers from the areas that determinethe derived depreciation area (in the example: the proportionaldepreciation from retirements/transfers from area 02 - proportionaldepreciation from retirements/transfers from depreciation area 01).
          • Write-ups

          • The total (with correct positive/negative sign) of the write-ups in thedepreciation areas that determine the derived depreciation area (in theexample: write-ups from depreciation area 02 - write-ups fromdepreciation area 01).
            • Level of special depreciation at fiscal year end

            • Total (with correct positive/negative sign) of the accumulateddepreciation at the end of the fiscal year in the areas that determinethe derived depreciation area (in the example: the accumulateddepreciation at fiscal year end in depreciation area 02 - accumulateddepreciation at fiscal year end in depreciation area 01).
If the depreciation posting rules in the derived depreciation areaprovide for a net allocation of the special reserves, the reportbalances the allocation and the write-off of reserves. It displaysthe balance either as allocation or write-off.
The depreciation terms that are listed (depreciation key, depreciationstart date, useful life) come from the depreciation area that istreated as positive (in the example, then, depreciation area 02).
You can request the report with a report date in the current fiscalyear or in a future fiscal year.
