You can use the report RAALTD11, rather than the legacy data transferprogram RAALTD01, when you have a very large number of assets totransfer from your previous system. The program RAALTD11 provides forthe quick transfer of a large amount of legacy data from a previoussystem. The program does not use batch input to complete the legacy datatransfer tansactions, as the RAALTD01 program does. Instead it writesthe legacy data directly to the respective tables. In comparison tolegacy data transfer program RAALTD01, this increases performance by atleast 10 times. Further notes |
