Prerequisites

• At least one process order is available for the batch.


• All process orders for the batch have the following statuses:

Approval granted
The system sets this status when you create a process order with anapproved master recipe, use the function Read master data tocopy an approved master recipe to the order, or approve the order in anindividual approval.
Batch record required
The system sets this status when you release the order, provided thatthe Batch record required indicator has been set in theparameters for the order type in Customizing.

Features

Activities
The program selects all batches that meet these requirements and matchthe selection variant you have defined.
It creates a header record for each of these batches. From this headerrecord you can call up all the data that belong to the batch record.The data is, however, not archived.
The batch records are assigned the initial status Created.
