Integration
This function is part of the archiving of archiving object PLM_AUD incomponent Audit Management (CA-AUD).

Prerequisites
In order to archive audits or audit plans, the status Archived(I1806) must first have been set for these audits or audit plans via thepreprocessing program PLM_AUDIT_ARC_AUD_CHECK.

Features
The audits or audit plans are archived using the write program.
You can use the BAdI Archiving ObjectPLM_AUD: Add-On for Specific Data (ARC_PLM_AUD_WRITE ) to select andarchive additional data for the audit or audit plan.

Output
A summarized or a detailed log is created. You can control this usingthe indicator Detail Log.

Activities
Start the write program using transaction SARA and a corresponding jobfor the archiving object PLM_AUD.
We recommend that you store a unique comment for each archiving run onthe selection screen.
We also recommend that you set up the archiving object PLM_AUD in such away that the deletion run is started automatically. This avoids auditsor audit plans being archived more than once.
