Adapting the field attributes in the material master
This converter program updates certain entries in the material masterfield table.
The maintenance status and field group, amongst others, are defined inthis table for each material master field. You access this table bygoing into the "Material Master" Implementation Guide and choosingMaterial -> Field selection -> Assign fields to field groups.
The converter program makes the following changes:

• Special field selection group 056 is assigned to screen fields
MARA_LGHTY, MARC_LGHTY, and MARC_VPLTY.

• Field MARC-RESVP is deleted from the material master field table.

Output
Only one entry for the start and end of updating is specified in thelog. Errors cannot occur since the entries in the material master fieldtable that need to be updated are only those that also exist in thecustomer system.
