Programme SAP MBCKSM13S - MM Document: List of Updates

Purpose
The report supplies information about terminated updates that shouldhave taken place via the MB_UPDATE_TASKS module.
The report thus enables the gap-free documentation of all assigneddocument numbers and documents the most important information of thenon-posted documents from the MM standpoint.
If desired, the report updates the table MMINKON with the aid of theselected document materials. A reuse key can be entered for thispurpose.

Prerequisites
Authorization check
To run this report, you need authorization for debugging (authorizationobject ABAP Workbench: Debug, activity 03).

Selection
Select according to the period in which the MM document was created. Inaddition, you can restrict selection according to the creator of thedocument and according to company code.
As standard, the report selects all terminated updates. However, if allupdates - i.e. also the non-terminated ones - are to be displayed, the"Only Terminated Updates" option must be deactivated.

Output
The report issues an ALV GRID list in standard layout showing MMdocuments sorted by creation date and time.
The selection criteria and selection options are shown again in theheader area of the output.
The output list also contains further data pertaining to the relevantdocument including material document number, year, quantity, OUn, plant,storage location, batch, amount in LC, movement type, creator, FIdocument number and year.
You can show further fields via "Change Layout.." or +<(>
<<)>F8>. If you want to show these fields permanently, you can save thenew display as a variant.
Alternatively, you have the option of defining a personal variant of theoutput by entering a display variant on the selection screen. The outputlist is then outputted according to the display variant.
