Description
Batch program for splitting the overall PTT postal code file into thefollowing UNIX files: Cities and Postal Codes.
The file is delivered by the post with the code page '1103'. However,to ensure that 'umlauts' and special characters are transferredcorrectly, you must first convert to the code page used by SAP systems(1100).

Precondition
Please ensure that the physical paths to the logical filesISP_PLZPTT_ALL_DAT, ISP_PTT_ORT_DAT, ISP_PTT_PLZ_DAT,ISP_BOTPTT_ALL_DAT, ISP_PTT_BOT_DAT, ISP_PTT_STR_DAT are maintained.
