Description
This program creates entries for invoices in an index table which isused to determine the market price of a material during the marketprice determination of the replacement cost valuation process.

Precondition
For the creation of the index table the program will read all relevantinvoices. If an invoice is relevant or not depends on the customizingof replacement cost valuation. There you define whichdocument types should be considered. The index iscreated for those document types only.

Output
The program issues a short log with the number of inserted records.
