A grid (with the same name) is created for every distributor (in tableESRVPROV).
A connection from the corresponding grid to the regional structure(tables EADRCITYGRID und EADRSTRTGRID) is created for every connectionthat exists between a distributor and the regional structure (tablesADRCITYCCS und ADRSTRTCCS).
