Purpose You can use this report to execute an initial allocation between thecontainer locations> in yoursystem, and the waste disposalobjects> or premises>. This can be necessary, for example, if you have already createdcontainer locations in your system without this allocation and want touse these container locations in the future, or if new containerlocations have been created by a migration. The program imports the selected container locations, and determines thecontainers allocated to the container locations and the appropriateobject allocations.Integration Depending on whether you have made Customizing settings for anallocation to a waste disposal object or a premise, these objects aredetermined for an object allocation, and the EWAELOCEO allocation tableis transferred. You can display and process the allocation in container locationmanagement. For further information, see the Release Info >.Prerequisites Before you run this report, you must have made Customizing settings todefine whether the container location is to be allocation to a wastedisposal object or a premise:
- Define Check for Allocation of Objects to
Container Location>Selection The following selection parameters> are available:
- Container location>
Here you have the option of specifying one or more container locations, for which the allocation is to be made. If you leave this field empty, then all container locations are read.
- Allocation date>
The allocation of waste disposal objects or premises to a containerlocation is created on this date. The allocation date is also used toselect the relevant objects that are to be allocated. Those objectallocations that have allocated a container (from one of the selectedcontainer locations) on or after the allocation date are relevant.
- Test run>
If you set this indicator, then the data is not posted in the database. You can use the log to check which changes are to be made in the actualrun.
- Delete table in advance>
If you set this indicator, then the complete allocation table EWAELOCEOis first initialized and then restructured.
