Description
External routine of the Absences Valuation (VEABS) function.
This routine calculates the amount of statutory leave, on the basis ofthe wage paid to the employee on the day they earned the right to thesaid leave.

Precondition
There must be an entry in infotype 2006 for saving wages.
There must be an entry in infotype 2001 for valuating leave.

Output
Amount the employee should receive for statutory leave.
