Program that generates form 14-03 of the Venezuelan Social InsuranceInstitute (IVSS), that must be issued when a worker leaves the company.
The form is executed in accordance with the indicated selectionparameters: company and period.

Output
A form is obtained for each employee that has left the company duringthe period indicated.
