Description
Main program for the processing of collective leave in the company.
You execute this report on the date established by the company, forauthorizing collective leave.
The general process consists of creating an entry in the Absencesinfotype (IT2001), whose subtype 0201 corresponds to Collective Leave.
To do this, you check that the employee has a sufficient quota ininfotype 2006 to deduct the absence. If they do not, you transfer thecumulated quota to the absence date, creating an entry in theCorrection of Quotas infotype (IT2013) and later, you execute the timeschemas execution report RPTIME00.
Finally, you execute the HVECALC0 report using the parameters indicatedin the selection screen of this program, thereby generating the paymentof collective leave.

Precondition
The employee must have:
Statutory leave quota.
Non-remunerated leave quota.

Output
You create entries in the following infotypes as a result of thisprogram:
Absences (IT2001).
Absence Quotas (IT2006).
Quota Corrections (IT2013).
