Title
Average and Current rate for leave payout report (HNZULVR0)

Purpose
This report displays the Avarage rate and Ordinary Pay rate for anemployee for a particular period using the data in the NZPHIcluster table.
You can run this report to check the Avarage rate and Ordinary Pay ratebefore making absence payments to an employee.

Integration
The report reads the NZPHI cluster table for the gross salary andthe hours of work of the employee.
Note: The report reads the latest hire date of the employee to displaythe results of the NZPHI cluster table.

Prerequisites
You must have updated the NZPHI cluster table for the periodusing one of the following methods:

  • Running the NZ Holiday Pay Bill Cluster Update report
  • (HNZUHCU0)
    • Running the payroll for the period
    • Features

      Selection

      • Enter the absence period. The system reads the payroll results of the
      • last 12 months or last 4 weeks, starting from the period prior to theperiod that you enter.
        • Enter the employee selection criteria.

        • Enter the Valuation Basis wage type that you are using for
        • Ordinary Pay rate calculation, example /001.

          Output
          When you execute the report, you get the following details:

          • Employee Number

          • Gross Earnings for Average Rate Calculation

          • Gross Earnings for Ordinary Pay Rate Calculation as per 4 Week
          • Formula
            • Total Working Hours

            • Average rate

            • Ordinary Pay rate using Valuation Basis

            • Ordinary Pay rate using 4 Week Formula

            • You can view the details of a particular employee by selecting thefollowing:
              • Employee record

              • View Employee Details option on the Menu Bar

              • The system will list the following details from the NZHPI clustertable:
                • Start date

                • End Date

                • Payroll Type

                • Payroll Identifier

                • Pay Date

                • Gross Earnings for Average Rate Calculation

                • Gross Earnings for Ordinary Pay Rate Calculation

                • Total Working Hours
