Purpose
This report creates a new record in the Superannuation NZ(0310) infotype, with the details of the employee'sSuperannuation contribution and salary sacrifice.

Output

• The report displays a list of employees whose Superannuation NZ
(0310) records have been delimited and updated.

• The report also creates an error list, of employees for whom the
updation was unsuccessful. When you choose Error, the systemdisplays a list of employees for whom Superannuation NZ (0310)infotype was not updated.

Activities
From SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll ->Asia/Pacific -> New Zealand -> Subsequent Activities -> Tools -> UpdateSuperannuation Infotype.
The Update Superannuation NZ selection screen appears.
Enter the period for which you want to run this report.
Enter the employee selection criteria.
In the Additional Selection section, enter the followingdetails:
Fund Name
Enter the Superannuation Fund towards which the employer and employeeperforms salary sacrifice.
Existing Company Contri. %
Enter the percentage of company contribution by which you want tofurther filter the selection. The system updates the records of onlythose selected employees, whose company contribution matches with thevalue you enter here. If you do not specify any percentage here, it willselect employees regardless of the existing contribution values.
Existing Employee Contri. %
Enter the percentage of employee contribution by which you want tofurther filter the selection. The system updates the records of onlythose selected employees, whose employee contribution matches with thevalue you enter here. If you do not specify any percentage here, it willselect employees regardless of the existing contribution values.
In the Infotype section, enter the following details:
Start Date
Enter the date from which the new record should be applicable.
Company Contri. %
Enter the percentage of company contribution towards employees'Superannuation Fund.
Employee Contri %
Enter the percentage of employee contribution towards his or herSuperannuation Fund.
Company Contri. Amt
Enter the amount of company contribution towards employees'Superannuation Fund.
Employer Contri. Amt
Enter the amount of employee contribution towards his or herSuperannuation Fund.
Sal. Sac %
Enter the percentage of salary sacrifice.
Do not apply ETC
Select this checkbox if you do not want to consider the employee for theemployer tax credit amount.
Run Simulation
Select this checkbox if you want to run the report for test purpose. Inthis case, the report does not update the infotype.
Retain Annual Salary
Select this checkbox if you want to retain the employees' existingannual salary in the new record that the system creates. If you executethe report with this field deselected, the report leaves the BaseAnnual Salary field in the infotype, blank. By default, the checkboxis selected.
Note
If any of these fields are left blank then the existing record will becopied across.
