Use
The ISSSTE (Social Security Institute at the Service of the State'semployees) file upload reads the ISSSTE loan files and maintainsInfotype 0756 according to the loan information specified in themagnetic file ISSSTE issues to the Government Institutions.

Prerequisites
Before you run the ISSSTE file upload program, you have to make sureeach employee has a valid and unique RFC (Federal Taxpayer RegistrationID) number stored in Infotype 0185 subtype 02. In addition, theemployees should also have (although it is not necessary) an ISSSTEaccount number stored in Infotype 0185 subtype NI.

Function volume

Selection
1. ISSSTE file path. You need to specify the file path of the ISSSTEfile stored in your local PC.
2. Branch Name.
3. If you click the radio button of 'Display all entries', a statisticreport of all the entries in the ISSSTE upload file will bedisplayed. If you click the radio button of 'Display only errorentries', only the entries with errors will be displayed.
4. If you check the checkbox 'Create Error File', the report willgenerate an error report for rejected persons and a magneticfile to send back to ISSSTE.
5. In order to generate the rejected persons report, you have tospecify the name of the SmartForm. The default SmartFrom isHR_MX_PS_ISTERR_UPLOAD. You can customize your own SmartForm toprint.
6. Only if you check the 'Update Infotypes' check box, the report willupdate infotype 0756. Otherwise, it will run in simulation mode.

Output
The output of this report is a magnetic file, which complies with theformat mandated by ISSSTE, and a printed report for rejected persons.

Possible error messages
RFC DOES NOT EXIST,,
Cannot find the personnel number with the RFC specified in the system.Either the RFC is missing in Infotype 0185 Subtype 02, or the RFC isnot unique.
RFC INACTIVE
The employee is inactive.
CANNOT FIND PAYROLL AREA
Configuration problem. Cannot find the payroll area for the person.
CANNOT FIND BEGIN/END DATE
Configuration problem. Cannot find the begda or endda of the begin payperiod of the loan for the person.
RETENTION CODE DOES NOT EXIST
Configuration problem. The retention code in the ISSSTE file is notmapped to a loan type in table V_T7MXPBS20.
LOAN DOES NOT EXIST
ISSSTE issues termination of a loan, but there is no active loan of thesame loan type in the system.
LOAN EXISTED WITH DIFFERENT AMOUNT/# OF DEDUCTION
ISSSTE issues a new loan or a modified loan, but there is an active loanwith the same retention code and begin date, but different deductionamout or total number of deductions.
RFC DUPLICATED IN THE SYSTEM
RFC exists for more than one active employee.
