Description
This report enables you to display the content of cluster MX.
The data records can be selected according to the following criteria:
Personnel number.
Lower and upper limit of selection period of for-period.
Indicator for results record maintenance.
The selected payroll accounting records can be displayed as describedbelow:
"List of payroll accounting records" and "Selection of individualtables " are marked: You obtain a selected record list for payrollaccounting, and by selecting a calculation record you can display thecontent of each table by means of an internal table list.
Only the "Payroll accounting record list" is marked: From this it ispossible to select a record, and with this you edit all of the existingtable content for this payroll accounting record.
None of the two previously mentioned fields are marked: You edit all ofthe existing table content of all of the selected payroll accountingrecords.
By using "Activate table selection"/"Deactivate table selection" youcan differentiate in the selected payroll records list between the"Individual tables selection" and the editing of all the completedtables.
