Purpose
The report enables you to manually change or delete leave encashmentrequests created using Employee Self-Service (ESS).Features
- Data retrieval
The report reads the Leave Encashment Transaction table(T7INLEAVE_EN_TR) to retrieve leave encashment requests that match theselection criteria specified by you. The report displays the retrievedrequests on the Update Status and Current Processor of LeaveEncashment Request screen.
- Manual update of request
When you execute the report, it dispays the Update Status andCurrent Processor of Leave Encashment Request screen. On this screenyou can perform the following activities:
Change request status
If you change the status of a request, the report saves yourPersonnel Number as the approver of the request in LeaveEncashment Transaction table (T7INLEAVE_EN_TR ). The system does nottrigger workflow for those requests whose status you modified on thisscreen.
Change request approver
You can change the approver of the request. If you do so, the reportsends the request for approval to the changed approver.

- Database update
The report updates the Leave Encashment Transaction table(T7INLEAVE_EN_TR ).Output
The system displays the Update Status and Current Processor ofLeave Encashment Request screen. This output screen lists thevarious leave requests as per your selections. For a leave request, thelist displays data related to the employee's company, compensationmethod, approver, and payment mode.
On this screen, you can change the following data related to a leaverequest:.
- Save Status/approver
Choose this option to change the status or the approver of the request.
