Evaluation Class Changes for India

Purpose
To free Wage Type Evaluation Classes (01 to 04) for Internationalusage.These wage types are presently being used by India specificwagetypes for income tax reporting.

Prerequisites
1. Evaluation classes 6, 7, 8 or 9 are not in use already for any ofthe wage types.
2. T512W is not being used in any client.

Scope_of_function
On execution of the program, the specifications for the evaluationclasses 01, 02, 03 and 04 will be transferred to evaluation classes 06,07, 08 and 09 respectively.Then, the specification for evaluation class01, 02,03 and 04 will be made blank.
The program will process all the wage types of V_512W_D (molga 40) forall clients except client 000.

FEATURES

• Evaluation Class Storage

Evaluation class information for wage types is stored in AKLAS field intable T512W and it is a Character (40) data type. The field storesinformation of specifications of 20 evaluation classes from 01 to 20.Each specification is of 2 characters.

Output
The program on successful completion gives the evaluation classsettings for each wage type in V_512W_D, before and after this programis run. In the output, the values before the program is run, are shownagainst the text 'OLD VALUE'. The values after the program is run, areshown against the text 'NEW VALUE'.
If there is any error in running the program due to non fulfilment ofPrerequisites as mentioned above, no updation of database will be doneand an error message will be displayed.
