India Payroll Results Cluster (HINCLSTR)

Purpose
This function enables you to display the Payroll Results from theCluster 'IN'. This is a company specific report that enables you toview the results after a payroll run.

Prerequisites

• You have run the payroll for your employees and have payroll results.

Features

Selection
You can restrict the employees selected by entering an individual, or arange of:


• Personnel number


• Upper and lower limit of the selection period for the 'for-period'


• Status indicator of the result records

You can flag the corresponding checkbox to Choose individual tables
or see the full List.

Output
The selected payroll records can be displayed as follows:


• If the payroll records are flagged to display both, the list as well as
individual tables
you can display the contents of a specific table by choosing anindividual record.

• In case only the list of payroll records is flagged, choose from the
list of selected payroll records
the entire contents of the table are displayed for that record.

• If neither of the fields mentioned above are flagged

All table contents are displayed for all of the payroll recordsselected.
You can use the Activate or Deactivate table selection to switchbetween the 'Table selection for individual tables' function anddisplaying all the populated tables for the list of payroll recordsselected.
