Programme SAP HINCEPF1 - HR: IN PF Report

Provident Fund Reporting (HINCEPF1)

Purpose
This function enables you to display and print reports that providedetailed information on the employee and employer contributions to thetrust and lists employees who will begin contributing to the Employee'sPension Fund (EPN) or discontinue to do so.
The data can be broken down according to user-defined search criteriaand grouped into key data that is displayed in the following statutoryreports:

  • Form 3A, displays the statutory contribution statement for unexempted
  • estabilishments
    • Form 6A, displays the consolidated Provident Fund contribution
    • statement for the fiscal year
      These reports are submitted to the Exempted Trust in the statutoryformat through which the company reports the employer's contributiondetails for pension fund.

      Prerequisites

      • You must have run the payroll for your employees and have payroll
      • results
        • Maintain the Provident Fund Contribution Infotype (0587)
        • Features
          The reports list details the pension fund contribution, employees whojoin the fund or discontinue contributing depending on the formselected.
          Pension Fund Reporting
          From within this report you can trigger two separate reports:

          Form 3A for Pension Scheme
          The report displays the list of employees who discontinue contributingto the pension fund from the current payroll period, and displays thefollowing key data:

          • Employee number

          • Employee's pension number

          • Employee name

          • Pension basis

          • Employer Pension Contribution

          • Form 3A for Pension Scheme

            Form 6A for Pension Scheme
            The report displays the contribution statement un-exemptedestabilishments:

            • Employee name and number

            • Employee's pension fund number

            • Pension rate

            • Employer's pension contribution
            • Selection
              Select the payroll area and period for which the report is to begenerated in the following fields:

              • Payroll Area

              • Payroll Period

              • You can further restrict the employees selected by entering individualor a range of:
                • Personnel no

                • Payroll area

                • You must also enter the following information:
                  • The Trust ID to specify the localized branch of the trust where the
                  • contribution is made.

                    Output
                    The system generates a basic display list and the statutory Form 3A
                    or Form 6A, as selected

                    Activities
                    Choose Human resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> India -> Perpayroll period -> Lists/statistics -> Pension reports -> Pension FundReporting.
                    Enter the selection criteria in the respective fields.
                    Select the report to be run in the Report name field.
                    Enter the details of the bank where the amount is deposited.
                    Enter the date to be printed on the report in the Report datefield.
                    In case you do not use the standard layout, click the CustomerLayout button, which enables you to enter an existing customizedlayout form name.
                    Choose Program -> Execute.
