India Remuneration Statements (HINCEDT0)

Purpose
This function is used for the purpose of generating the remunerationstatement or pay slip for India. The payroll results are read from'Cluster IN' and displayed as per the company specific format. This isa non statutory report executed after the payroll is run.

Prerequisites
You have run the payroll for your employees and have payroll results.

Selection
You can restrict the employees selected by entering an individual, or arange of:

• Payroll Area


• Payroll Period


• Personnel Number


• General Program Control Parameters


• Output Currency

Output
The selected payroll records are displayed and can be printed as viewedon the screen.
The 'Pay slip' is designed using HR Forms which is also used to displayand print the pay slip.
The form to be used is specified on the selection screen. Ideally everycompany would want to customize their pay-slip. Therefore SAP maintainsa standard pay slip which can be copied and configured to suit theemployer's specifications.
