Description
VHI upload program (Ireland).

Precondition
VHI provide a list of the new premiums for each employee on diskettebefore the start of the new VHI year.
This diskette provides details of all the policies in the groupincluding subscription amount due on each policy. The VHI Upload programcreates a new VHI infotype (0386) for each employee listed on thediskette with their premium details for the new VHI year.
If the VHI does not already issue an upload diskette to the employerthey can request one from the VHI. This is referred to by the VHI as theInformation Exchange (Outgoing) System.

Output
The program output lists of the VHI file and VHI infotype records thatwill be created in the batch update session.
In addition to this, two other lists provide information on theprocessing of the VHI file.
Staff numbers not found
this displays a list of all staff numbers that were found on the VHIupload file, for which no corresponding personnel number record wasfound within the program selction parameters. In order to display this,choose the navigation path
Goto -> Upload File Exception Lists -> Staff numbers not found.
Employees not found on upload file
this displays a list of all personnel numbers,included in the programselection parameters who are active on the renewal date of the VHIupload file, together with the employee's current VHI data if any(takenfrom the VHI details infotype record), for whom no correspondingentry was found on the VHI upload file, according to the staff number.In order to display this, choose the navigation path
Goto -> Upload File Exception Lists -> Employees not found on uploadfile.
