Tax Credit Upload Program (Ireland)

Description
Use this program to upload the tax credits from the diskette suppliedby the Revenue Commission. Tax credits were formerly known as TaxFree Allowances.

Precondition
You must run this program before the start of the tax year. The programcreates a new Tax Details Ireland infotype (0359) foreach employee listed on the diskette with their tax credit details forthe new tax year.

Activities
To run the program, proceed as follows:
Select the following path: Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe ->Ireland -> Subsequent Activities -> Annual -> Start of Year -> TaxCredit Upload Diskette Report.
Enter the Tax Credit Upload file name, and other data as required.
To use a batch input session, enter System -> Services -> Batch Input-> Sessions.
Select the session and choose Process.
The report can be processed in a background session.
Choose Execute.
You can use the Information icon in the subsequent ALV displayto check for:
Rejected employees
Special employees
Batch input session
