Precondition
The main Irish payroll program, HIECALC0 calls the Tax driver, HIECTCLAas defined in table T596F. A new driver may be created if, for examplethe method of calculating PRSI changed fundamentally from one year tothe next. The entry for HIECTCLA in T596F would be delimited and newentry created for the new tax year.
