The program HCNCTAX0 displays the tax results of employees.
When executing the report after filling the selection screen, it willshow the number of successful result and results with error.Double-click on the number field will lead to the detailed basic listfor successful results or error message list for results with error.
If you choose from selection options on the screen "Tax result screenlist", you will get different information on the detailed basic list forthe report that runs successfully.
For example, if you
choose from Category of incomes, you will run tax for salary or bonus orstock options income or severance payment separately.
choose from Employee tax type, you display employee(s) of eachparticular type.
to display the result of off-cycle run: enter pay type, payrollidentifier and pay date in sequence into the three parameter field. Forexample, you choose pay type "B" for correction accounting, enter "2" toindicate it is the second off-cycle payroll run on one same day.
select employees via Tax area, or Tax calculation special rule, you canget employee(s) within these selection criteria.
mark the flag Sum up result, you sum up the tax result based on samepercentage of tax withholding-fast formula.

• Output File format, the system displays the results in PDF format
or in MS-Word format. This option is available for the output typeReport Subtotal and Report Individual EE.

• Print in Background , the system prints the results in
background, this option is only available for Adobe PDF format, systemsends printing objects to spool wherein you can configure the printingtime and process printing in a batch. The Form Style for Form AdobeForm printing feature (28TAX) identifies the form name for PDF basedon the Personnel Area and Personnel Subarea of the specified employeedata.

• Download to local client. the system downloads the results to
local client . You specify the path where the system stores the file.The system downloads the file in MS-Word format.
Note:
If the CRT(cumulative result table ) has the value of the wage types/443 and /405,the report displays the result of them.
