Description
This report is used to run the following documents used to performcalculations needed in case of employee retirement:

• Contribution Salaries List to the SIB


• Specification of Contribution Salary Fractions to the SIB

The options on the selection screen are as follows:

• Company responsible for the information


• Sapscript form option, including log display


• Salaries specification option

This report is printed via a form defined in SAPscript.

Precondition


• The wage types that are relevant for this report are flagged with
evaluation class 05 and evaluationclass 06. For discount wage types (flagged with specification 2 ofevaluation class 6), the report takes into account its absolute values,since these wage types can have negative values.

• For this report only the wage types with specifications from 1 to 8 in
the evaluation class 05 are taken into account. The specifications 1and 2 are taken into account in the evalution class 06.

• Customizing of evaluation classes 05 and 06 in the implementation guide
section: Payroll --> Payroll Brazil --> Social Insurance Body - SIB--> Maintain wage type groups for contributionsalary specification.

Forms "Contribution Salaries List to the SIB" and "Specification ofContribution Salary Fractions to the SIB".
