Displaying the Payroll Results H99_DISPLAY_PAYRESULT

Purpose
You can use this report to display the payroll results for anycountries.

Features

• You can display the contents of all tables and field strings for any
payroll cluster.

• You can save the selection of tables to be displayed temporarily, which
reduces the calling time.

• Archived payroll results are included in the display.


• You can go to the display or maintenance of HR master data (Goto ->
HR Master Data -> Display/Maintain; Ctrl-F2/Ctrl-F3).

• You can include loan wage types in the display (Tables ->
Loans->Display; Ctrl-F5).
In this way, H99_DISPLAY_PAYRESULT replaces the report RPCLSTLOPrintout of Loan Results.

Selection
You can display the payroll results for several personnel numbers bychoosing Multiple Selection.
The system displays all the payroll results for which the for-periodstart or in-period end exist from the specified date onwards.

Output
The personnel numbers entered up to now are saved in the ALV (ABAP ListViewer) Grid Control . The formatted name from infotype 0001 isdisplayed as a default. To display the sortable first and last namesfrom infotype 0002, you choose the First and Last Namepushbutton in the ALV toolbar.
The LED behind every name shows if there are results in the selectedperiod.
Green,,results exist
Red,,no results exist
Grey,,you have no authorization to display personnel numbers.

The contents of the payroll tables are printed in the form of thepayroll log on a list.

Navigation in the Printout
In brackets, you see the menu path (as an alternative) and the keycombination for performing the respective function.


• Displaying the Personnel Numbers in ALV Grid Control

You switch between the different names using the First and LastName pushbutton ( Personnel Number->Name->Formatted Name/Firstand Last Name ; Shift-F11/Shift-F12)
You delete the current personnel number using the Deletepushbutton (Personnel Number->Delete; Shift-F2)
You delete all personnel numbers using the Delete allpushbutton( Personnel numbers->Delete all; Ctrl-Shift-F2)
If the selection of current personnel numbers has gone missing (forexample, due to a column selection), you can repeat this with theSelect current entry pushbutton ( Personnel number->Selectcurrent entry;Shift-F9).

• Overview of All Payroll Results for a Personnel Number (Cluster CU)


To get an overview of all payroll results (cluster CU) for a personnelnumber, you click on the personnel number (keyboard focus wit TAB
place the cursor on the left ALV, select the personnel numbers withUp and Down, update with F9 ).
You can save a standard layout for this table that is used at the startof every program.
There is also a default layout for the relevant country-specific fieldsfor every country. If you have not saved a standard layout, the systemselects the default layout based on the personnel number and country.
You display the table overview of a payroll result using theDisplay overview pushbutton (Tables->Display overview; F8)
.
If the Display contents pushbutton is not active, you can alsoget an overview by double-clicking on the line in the table.
To select tables from the overview of country-specific payroll tablesto which the display should be restricted, you chooseTables->Presele
ct or Ctrl-F8.
If you have saved such a preselection, the Display contentspushbutton becomes active, you can use this pushbutton to display thecontents of the preselected tables ( Tables->Display contents;F7 or by double-clicking on the line in the table)
In the presetting, retroactive accounting chains are selectedalternately: you can deactivate this function with Tables->Retroactive accounting chains ->Do not select chains;Ctrl-shift-F7.

• Overview of Payroll Results Tables

Only tables that are relevant for the respective country for theemployee are displayed, and their selection saved or deleted.
To control the display of empty tables, you choose the Displayempty tables pushbutton ( Tables->Empty tables->Display/Do notdisplay; Ctrl-F11/Ctrl-F12).
To printout the contents of selected tables in a list, you choose theDisplay contents pushbutton (Tables->Contents Display; F7).
You can only select several lines with the mouse, by clicking on thelines required with the Ctrl button pressed.
The following three functions also exist for the preselection ofpayroll tables.
You save a line selection using the Save selection pushbutton orusing Tables->Selection->Save or Ctrl-F1 until you leave theprogram. The effect on double-clicking on a payroll result wasdescribed earlier on in the text.
You delete the saved selection using the Delete selectionpushbutton or using Tables->Selection->Delete and Strg-F10
.
You can redisplay a saved selection using the Reselect selectionpushbutton or using Tables->Selection->Reselect and Ctrl-F9
.

• Further Functions

Within the display of data for a personnel number in the right ALV, youcan use F3 and the relevant pushbutton to navigate back.

Example


• Display loan wage types: You enter a personnel number and choose
Tables -> Loans->Display results. The payroll results for thispersonnel number, which contain loan wage types, are displayed. Youcan also display the field loans exist using Select layout-> Change layout. This field displays which payroll results containloan wage types. SelectTables -> Loans-> Display, to display the loan wagetypes.

• Display a table: You enter a personnel number and select the
payroll result required. In the following table overview of this resultyou only need to double-click on a table to display it's contents.

• Error search for several personnel numbers: You suspect that
there are inconsistencies in the payroll results for two personnelnumbers (xx und yy) and display some tables for personnel number xx. Inthe tables WPBP and BT, you notice something that you wanted to checkfor personnel number yy. Select both tables and save this selection.After you have entered the second personnel number, bydouble-clicking on a payroll result, the contents of the tablespreviously selected are displayed without you having to repeat theselection process.

• Hide the archived results: To suppress the display of archived
results, you can
modify the selection date accordingly or
filter out all results with one of 0 various archiving groups. Settingfilters is a standard function of the ALV.
