Purpose
Prior to CGVMIC SP11, all of the management control assessments (MCassessments) that were performed for an object (that is, for anorganizational unit or process group) were assigned to just one case.This meant that only one task (or, from the technical perspective, oneworkflow) was sent for all of the MC assessments of a given object. FromCGVMIC 1.0 SP11 or FINBASIS 3.0 SP07, a case is assigned to every singleassessment.
You use this program to migrate old assessments. Migration must beperformed after the Support Package is imported.

Features
The program does the following:
Cancels the workflows for the old assessments and triggers new workflowsfor the assessment of individual management controls.
Changes the case category from MC into MCOU (in the case of managementcontrols for organizational units) or MCPG (in the case of managementcontrols for process groups).

Selection
You generally perform this program for one, several, or allorganizational units. You have the following options:

• If you select an organizational unit without setting the
Collect All Org Units indicator, only that particularorganizational unit is migrated.

• If you select an organizational unit and set the Collect All
Org Units indicator, that particular organizational unit is migratedalong with its subordinate organizational units.

• If you do not select any organizational unit and set the indicator, all
organizational units are migrated.
You can also use the program for a specific case, provided you know itskey. Note that you must select the old case for the assessment of theentire management controls of an object.
You can execute the program in a test run.

Output
As a result, the system delivers an overview of the cases have beenchanged and for which objects. The old case is listed first, followed byinformation about what the system has changed.
